May 4th

I hope you all had a great weekend! There will be a new package for pick up from the school tomorrow afternoon. If you have a printer at home and would rather print yourself, please let me know and I will send you PDF's.
Today is May the 4th, and for any Star Wars Fans, some of today's activities will be based around May 4th, and May the Fourth Be With You!

Literacy/Art:
Try out this fun Glyph today! This was included in last week's take home package. Page One is the activity page, and page 2 are the instruction for how to color the activity page. Enjoy!

Science: 
Today' activity is a BC Hydro Activity on Caring for the Earth. I have attached a link below, and the PDF went home in Friday' take home package.

* Once you have completed the lesson, please write down one of the sentences that you created with the word cards and then draw a picture of yourself doing that caring action. Please take a photo and send to me!

Numeracy: Today is May the 4th, and in Star Wars Fashion (MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU!)  our Math activity today is focused around the Number Four. This worksheet is in this week's take home package.
